1. Volunteer Management Executive
Key Job Responsibilities
• To follow up on volunteer enquiries and interviews for new volunteers
• To disseminate information and correspondence to volunteers
• To organize and administer volunteering events
• To provide oversight and coordination for volunteer events
• To be able to coordinate volunteer training programs
• To manage database
• To assist in planning and managing of recruitment and engagement programs
• To plan and provide support in appreciation and recognition events for volunteers
• To assist in raising procurement purchase orders
Qualifications & Skills Requirement :
• Diploma from reputable polytechnic preferred
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in events/volunteer management
• Possess strong communication skills (Chinese and English) and interpersonal skills
• Candidate has to be comfortable working in a Buddhist environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• May be required to work on weekends and / or after office hours

2) Devotee Services Executive (Relations)
Main Responsibilities
:
Devotee/Customer Service
-
Greet devotees/customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, product information, and general assistance.

Provide prompt and friendly responses to customer questions, complaints and concerns via front desk or hotline.
-
Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers at all times
-
Support in fulfilment of online offerings and auspicious days offerings

Keep front desk area clean and well organized at all times
-
Assist in inventory stock check of offering/retail items
Devotee/Customer Engagement

Actively promote temple products and services to enhance customer awareness
-
Provide information about upcoming temple events and activities
-
Engage devotees to volunteer for meaningful work
Transaction & Cash Handling
-
Accurately handle cash and other transactions, including receiving payments, giving change, and processing refunds and issuing receipts.

Maintain an organized and secure cash register.
-
Reconcile cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
-
Utilize our ERP system for processing customer transactions.
Other Responsibilities :

Enhance processes for better efficiency through technology and working with volunteers

Support during events & other departments’ activities

Collaborate and support the sanghas during their duties at main hall

Undertake any other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills Requirement :
Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
Minimum A Levels/Diploma in relevant field or equivalent.

3) Dharma Propagation Program Executive (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities
:
Program Coordination & Administration

Coordinate with dharma teachers to develop Dharma, Ritual, and Lifestyle Classes for adult practitioners

Liaise with Dharma teachers, guest speakers, volunteers and participants
-
Manage participant registration and provide administrative support to students
-
Manage class logistics such as venue setup, audio-visual support, online platforms, and material preparation.
-
Manage class attendance, post-class feedback, reports and evaluations.
Content & Resource Management
-
Organize and maintain Dharma materials and class resources
-
Archive recordings and past teachings
-
Work with teachers to develop and enhance learning materials
-
Ensure Dharma resources are well-catalogued and accessible
Outreach
-
Promote programs through various communication channels such as the website and social media.

Collaborate with the media team to update course content
-
Maintain a participant database for follow-up and engagement
Event & Special Program Support

Support Dharma-related events: orientations, temple tours, talks, and retreats
