Introducing our Meditation Instructor: Keith Cheung

Allow us to introduce Keith Cheung, a disciple of Singha Rinpoche since 2005. When we knew him, he was an entertainer, and his passion for teaching was ignited when he was invited by Thekchen Choling Youth Group in 2012 to coach them in singing, dancing, and acting for their musical which was a resounding success. This experience spurred him to start teaching our yearly Basic Buddhism courses from 2014.

Keith has a keen interest in meditation even before he became a Buddhist and in June 2012 he attended a particularly well organised retreat which inspired him so much that he made an heartfelt aspiration to want to recreate and share the experience he had with others; and in 2016, Keith started to facilitate meditation practices in Thekchen Choling Singapore and lead meditation retreats in our two branches in Malaysia.
